Wednesday Pause (taster)

Join us for a mid-week pause to reset, refresh or simply to get a taster of our mindfulness-based programs, on Wednesdays.

Singapore / Malaysia time: 12:30 – 1pm

Jakarta time: 11:30am – 12pm

Suitable for beginners to advanced practitioners.

Free, friendly and easy. Non-religious (non-faith based).
