
Mindfulness programs are increasingly popular at workplaces as employers become more cognizant of staff mental health needs, and want to improve employee engagement. Likewise, universities such as Harvard, MIT, Brown, Cambridge and Oxford offer mindfulness programs to support the wellbeing of staff and students.
Clients may purchase one session to gauge staff feedback before embarking on a regular weekly or fortnightly program. Except for the first session which is an introduction to mindfulness, the suggested duration per session is 30 minutes plus up to another 15 minutes for Q&A.
